A note for the overnight bag,
A portable polish kit can stay genuinely small. The question is not how much can fit in a pouch, but whether you will have a suitable place and enough attention to use what you take. One color and the few supplies it actually requires are often enough.
The photographs illustrate the ideas; they are not records of product testing.
Choose a specific reason
If a trip does not include time or an appropriate space to apply polish, leave the bottle at home. A color chosen for an imagined moment is still weight in the bag. When the plan is real, choose one shade you can identify easily and know how to use under its maker's instructions.

Pack with labels intact
Keep the polish in its original bottle with the cap closed. Protect it from impacts and separate it from fabrics. Check transport rules for the way you are traveling, including any restrictions on liquids or flammable products. This guide does not replace carrier or destination requirements.

Make room for the whole task
A polish bottle without a safe surface, light, ventilation and removal plan is only half a kit. Consider what you would need to clean up and whether those items are appropriate to bring. Do not decant remover into an unlabeled travel container simply to save space.

Return and review
After the trip, put the bottle back in its regular place and check that it is closed. If the kit stayed unused, that is useful information for next time. A smaller routine gets better by listening to what actually happened, not by adding more things.
