Your privacy

How this journal handles an ordinary visit and a message you choose to send.

The operator and this page

Tintrelay is an editorial website associated with Paige Nolan. It publishes articles and photographs about ordinary air-dry nail polish. There are no reader accounts, checkout, comment boxes or newsletter subscriptions in this launch edition. This notice describes the site as configured at launch, not every feature that might be added later. If the site changes materially, this page should change with it. For a privacy request, use the contact address in the main navigation once verified. An address is not displayed before forwarding and receipt have been checked.

A visit to the site

When you request a page, the hosting service and its infrastructure receive technical information needed to deliver it. This may include your IP address, time of request, page path, browser or device information and basic request headers. Operational logs help diagnose errors, maintain availability and respond to abuse. Images and other static files are served by the website host; the site does not ask you to create a profile. At launch we do not install a Google Analytics tag, advertising pixel, behavior tracker or embedded social feed. Your browser and network may still keep their own records of a visit.

External destinations

A link to another website takes you outside Tintrelay, where that destination's own terms and privacy practices apply. The current articles have no affiliate or product links. If links are introduced later, this notice and the relevant article disclosure will be updated. The website domain uses DNS and registration services to resolve its address, while the content and files are delivered from the site's hosting stack. Those providers process technical data under their own service terms.

Messages

Once the editorial email address is verified and shown, you may choose to send a message through your own email provider. A message can include your name, address, content and any attachments you choose to send. It will be used to read and respond to the request, manage follow-up and handle corrections or legitimate operational needs. Do not include payment card details, health information or other sensitive data in a general editorial email. Email passes through the sender's provider and the site's mail-forwarding service. There is no message form on this site and no silent submission of form data.

Cookies, storage and retention

This launch site does not set an optional analytics or advertising cookie through its page code. A browser may store ordinary cached page assets to improve repeat loading, and infrastructure may use essential operational mechanisms for security or delivery. The site has no cookie preference toggle because it does not offer optional site-set tracking categories at launch. We do not claim a precise log-retention period that has not been confirmed across providers; operational data follows configured host and service retention practices. Editorial correspondence is kept as needed to resolve the matter and meet applicable record obligations, then reviewed for deletion when it no longer has a purpose.

Requests and changes

You may ask about information you have sent to the editorial address, request a correction, or ask for deletion where applicable. Some technical records may be controlled by a hosting or network provider rather than by this publication, and legal or security obligations can limit a request. Contact details will appear in the top-level navigation only after delivery has been verified. If you are concerned about data held by an external website or email provider, contact that provider directly. This policy is reviewed when site features, vendors or data practices change; the update date below identifies this version, not a claim that nothing will change.
